Founded in 2019, the 508th Regimental HQ Company Living History Group is a volunteer organization of historical enthusiasts spanning the Southeast and Northeast. Dedicated to preserving the legacy of the 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment, known as “Fury From the Sky,” the group brings history to life through historical research, reenactment, and educational programming.
The group’s mission extends beyond the battlefield to recognize the diverse contributions that supported the war effort, including the vital roles women played during World War II, such as service in the Army Nurse Corps.
Through historically grounded portrayals and storytelling, this program offers an opportunity to honor those who served, deepen our understanding of this pivotal period in history, and preserve the stories of the men and women who contributed to the war effort for future generations.
This event is free for but advanced registration is required.
